How can I cancel my subscription?

At the moment, we do not offer free plan, therefore, the only way to cancel the payment is by uninstalling the plugin. Please note that if you uninstall the plugin during the trial period, this will not be transfered to the future and if you install the app back, you will not have any trial period left.

How much money should I invest in my ads to see a positive return on ad spend?

Important, yet very tricky question to answer. Surely everyone wants to know “if I put $XYZ into this marketing channel, what will I get back and when?” The answer could be to start conservatively (say $10 - $20 / day) and see the effect of your budget on your revenues. If revenues are great, don’t be afraid to raise your budgets as well. If you are really unsure what can you expect, drop us a message. Our marketing experts will gladly answer all your questions.

How is the pricing calculated with ROI Hunter Easy?

ROI Hunter Easy offers three pricing plans. Those are Startup, Growing and Professional store plans. Each plan includes different levels of services.


The basics of the pricing structure are as follows: 
Startup Store - 9 USD monthly or 9% of the ad spend generated by ROI Hunter campaigns 
Growing Store - 49 USD monthly or 8% of the ad spend generated by ROI Hunter campaigns 
Professional Store - 99 USD monthly or 7% of the ad spend generated by ROI Hunter campaigns 

This pricing strategy applies to whatever is higher out of those two options. This means that the fixed fee will be 9/49/99 USD monthly and once the ad spend exceeds this fee, you will be charged for the ad spend instead. 

Assume a store owner Joe... 
March 1 – Joe signs up for a Startup store plan. 
March 14 – free trial ends 
March 15 – on this day, Joe spends $10 
March 28 – on this day, Joe spends $12 
March 30 – on this day, Joe spends $11. His fee should be ($10 + $12 +$11) * 0.09 = $3. His fee is below $9 so he will be charged with $9

What is the plan’s allowed ad spend?

Shopify requires all apps' customer plans to have a maximum amount for which you can be billed in a single month. For our plans it is:

• Startup store – the capped amount of $99 monthly 

• Growing store – the capped amount of $299 monthly 

• Professional store – the capped amount of $599 monthly 

For example: you decide to choose our Growing store plan. This means that you will get charged 8% of combined ad spend from Google and Facebook but at least 49 USD a month, up to a maximum of 299 USD. Once you reach this limit approved on Shopify, we're not able to charge you more and your ads will stop running. There are two options. You can either upgrade to a plan with higher capped amount or you can raise the cap of your current payment by approving it in the apps' interface.

How to make payments outside of Shopify?

On platforms outside of Shopify, we use the 2checkout payment method when managing the payments connected with our plugin.  

Imagine a store owner Joe. Joe wants to test our plugin so he activates the payment on 1st July. Joe and all other clients have 14 days free trial, however, they need to fill in the payment method for the future. Once the 14 days trial ends, Joe is charged immediately with the amount he selected at the beginning of month. If he upgrades to a higher plan or downgrades to a lower one, the plan will be selected and effective immediately.

How is the pricing calculated with 2checkout?

Let’s take an example. You activated the payment on 1st July. After the trial period, you decide that you want to upgrade to a higher plan. You won’t, of course, pay the full price, instead, the pricing is always calculated as a full price of the second plan minus multiplication of remaining time on your current plan and time that you would use on the second plan. How to cancel the payment with 2checkout?

The refund policy on 2checkout is the same as on any other platform. You have a 2 weeks trial period during which you’re able to test whatever you like. After the 2 weeks trial period, you will be charged with the amount you selected at the beginning. As we do not have a free plan, the only way to cancel the plan is by uninstalling the plugin.
