There can be several reasons why your ads are not running. First, make sure that you have updated your payment info in Google Ads and Facebook Ad account for billing purposes so they can send you a bill for the displayed ads. We always recommend to be patient. If you are uncertain whether the app measures conversions, always ask us. The second thing might be that while the ads work (people are visiting your page), they don't want to buy your products for some reason. This might because, for example, they don't find your landing page as attractive as it could be. Try working on that, maybe, it'll help. It depends on the ads - in case you're running Google campaign, you pay for clicks, on Facebook for impressions. The average price for click on Google can change a lot, depending on the country you decide to target. The average cost per click on Facebook in our app is counted from the number of impressions the ads generated divided by the actual clicks. It's not unusual to have an average cost per click on Facebook over 1 USD.

After you connect your Google Ads account, the information on the unique visitors to your website is collected in your remarketing lists. Each of these unique visitors stays in your remarketing list only for seven days because the ads are shown to people only for seven days after they visited your website.
